Supervisory and signalling staff employed by Network Rail have voted for strike action in Scotland from noon on Wednesday 7 March to noon on Friday 9 March 2007.
We are working with industry partners to provide some services where possible. However, please be aware that on routes where we are able to provide services there will be a reduced frequency and seating capacity.
Customers should also note that services will start to wind down after the morning peak on Wednesday 7 March and normal services will not resume until the evening peak on Friday 9 March.
We have cancelled the Sleeper service for Wednesday 7 March and Thursday 8 March and also withdrawn daytime reservations for both these days and additionally on Friday 9 March.
Details of the specific services running are expected to be available on our website at www.firstscotrail.com from 1800 this evening.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
